Possible problem with d/l of ie 5.1.7

Just to let you all know I'm getting the following error when trying to d/l
ie 5.1.7 in either .bin or .hex form.

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:

Maybe you're trying it from the wrong download location(?)

Tried that link as well and got .......

Invalid URL
The requested URL
"111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111
111", is invalid.

So it must be the server.
