I have a website being built for my new business.  The developer tells
me that I should be able to go to my administration section to do
certain things.  I am not able to even see the menus he tells me that
I should be seeing.  he says it is a javascript problem.  He has
suggested that my browser(internet explorer5.1.6) is not reading it.
I have checked the settings that the help menu told me to check and
they are enabled.  I am not sure what to do now.  Please help me I
need to be able to access these things. - Thank you TIffany Hewitt

Assuming that you're talking about Classic Mac OS, try to delete the
following file and see if it helps...
