Is the process for deleting cookies and cache for Mac IE the same as
PC?  How would I go about doing it?

Go to Edit -> Preferences (OS 8-9) or Explorer -> Preferences (OS X), and
there you'll find the commands you seek.  For Cookies, go to Receiving Files
> Cookies, choose the cookies you want to clear (do Edit -> Select All if
all), and then click "Delete".  For Cache, go to Web Browser > Advanced and
click "Empty Now".
