You can't go full-screen on Mac IE in the same way that you can with F11 on
PC IE.

The best you can manage is to reduce the number of tool bars to a bare
minimum and manually drag the IE window to the desired size.

The easiest way is to simply press Command-B (and then Command-T if the
Explorer Bar is on).
