I can't find "send page to" on the File menu. Where is the trick? On
my PC, I could easily send pages through Explorer, now, with mi Apple
G4, I can't. Anyone knows how to do it? I don't just want to send a
"copy-and-paste" link. I want to send the full page, text and images,
as I usually did before switching to Apple.

You can't do that. Most people prefer to receive just a link, rather than
the whole page. Actually, the page will not appear for many people due to
incompatible clients or user preference anyway. If you want to send a link,
however, that is possible. Simply hold down the mouse button on the Mail
toolbar icon in Internet Explorer, and then select "Send Link".
If you're using Entourage, and the page has absolute (not relative)
references, then it may be possible though the results will vary:
Use the free script "Send Complex HTML" by Paul Berkowitz. A Read Me is
included with instructions on use. "Send Complex HTML" is a free download.
Make sure you download the right version!
