I recently reinstalled OS X 10.2.6 on my Mac. Since the reinstallation
I have been unable to launch IE 5.2.3. When opening the file I get the
error message: Application Launch Failure - The application "Explorer"
could not be launched because of a shared library error: "D<MacIE
Carbon(Release)><MacIE Carbon(Release)><JavaEmbeddingLib><>"

I have tried removing preferences, removing the Explorer folder &
using Disk Utility > First Aid > Restore Disk Permissions. Any other
ideas?
