When I access my office's Outlook via the Internet, I receive an annoying
"Hypertext Transfer Protocol With Privacy" message any time I try to forward
or rep[ly to an email. So I'm unable to send messages from my office's
Outlook.

How/where can I change settings so I'm not blocked from sending messages? My
desktop has Vista with Internet Explorer 7.

You're in the wrong newsgroup.

This is the group for the Mac version of IE. You should repost in one of
the regular IE groups.
