required settings page;
http://runonce.msn.com/runonce3.aspx
has errors wil not accept settings. I am left with this page being a
permanent crashed home page i can access address bar still, but cant get rid
of this as my first page. have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling,
same problem.
please help.

You're in the wrong newsgroup.

This is the group for the Mac version of IE. You should repost in one of
the regular IE groups.
