Still Problem With My Internet Explorer

my problem with my internet explorer is that when i close it , its like still
remains open in my pc , i want to find out how can i close it from my pc,
because its prevents me to installed my other software , I want to know how
can i close this from my pc,i cant even open the internet explorer because
some error comes up every time i do it so i normaly just sent the error
report but its still comes up , so if anyone can help me close my internet
explorer from my pc it will mean a lot , thank you

You're in the wrong newsgroup.

This is the group for the Mac version of IE. You should repost in one of
the regular IE groups.
