Is this a known issue with IE6.0? If so, is there a patch or workaround

at (resource://org/apache/cocoon/forms/flow/javascript/Form.js, Line 144):
java.lang.IllegalStateException: SubmitWidget can only be set once.

You're in the wrong newsgroup.

This is the group for the Mac version of IE. You should repost in one of
the regular IE groups.
