ON my home computer I have Windows XP with IE7 I have had no problems up
untill a couple of weeks ago. When I start IE7 it starts ok and shows the
first page ok and sometimes the second. Then it locks up and "not responding"
comes up. I close IE7 and the end programe dialog box comes up program not
responding End now. So I cant use the internet on that computer. My lap to
works fine on the same internet conection and program updates work fine amd
email works fine. Do you have any solutions?

You might have better luck on a non-Mac newsgroup...
(notice the name of the group?), long discontinued for the Mac.

Please try a relevant newsgroup, such as;
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general ?

I have exactly the same symptoms, which seem to occur only when attempting to
kick-off a second IE7 session either manually or via e-mail/website link?

I previously installed Safari and then removed it and, without jumping to
conclusions, the problem started to occur around that time? I also
un/re-installed IE7 but without success. AV software up to date - Adaware can
find nothing?

Also notice the cursor disappears sometimes when navigating round IE7.

This is most odd?

This group is the group for IE for Mac actually. You might want to try
reposting in one of the regular IE groups,

Ian - many thanks for the reference to the IE general discussion group.

James - appears it's the Windows Live Toolbar. Just de-installed and
everything works fine. Sorry Safari!
