Hi, I am having problems while downloading zip files. When i attempt to download a zip file it changes to efw format. I am using IE7 and windows XP SP2. Can anyone help me? Changing the extension won;t do you much good on a Mac though since the compacted file most probably isn't for a Mac. To change the extension of a file, simply select the name in the Finder and over-type whatever you want. For file extensions, you typically get a warning before the change is applied. This group is <microsoft.public.mac.explorer> You might try asking the question on a non-Mac group... <microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser> Don't ask why this is so obscure!
