I just bought a new computer with vista home premium and Internet Explorer
(which I have used all the way back to Windows 95) was pre-installed. I
assume it is the latest version of IE. It opens a new window when a link is
clicked and the new window is unsecured and the old window secure and they
don't link. i.e. If I am signed in on a website where I am shopping and try
to enter the catalogue code, a new unsecure website opens, allows me to enter
the code, but if sign back in, it opens a new secure window without the code.
Can anybody help - I would rather not differentiate between secure and
unsecure content (it's making me insecure). thanks

Please help. I posted this question in the MAC discussion group and my
computer is a Windows PC.I'm not real sure how I did that, but I want to move
the question to the appropriate group. New to this stuff - ignorant, too.

Once posted, your messages can not be moved or removed. Just post again
in the appropriate group and ignore this group.
