Hi
Two weeks ago I upgraded my whole system which includes
AMD Athlon(tm) 64X2 Dual 4400
Memory 2046 MB
OS Windows Vista Home Premium 64 - bit

Internet Access.  Explorer 7
If I access my e-mail and then without closing click on my Internet icon it
does not work. I get the unavailable message. If I close my e-mail and then
click on the Internet short cut I have normal access. I can even open my
e-mail with out problem, providing the Internet access is open first. This is
not a problem I have had before.

This did not happen until about three days after I upgraded my computer.
A week has now passed and the problem persists.
