When I first turn on Internet Explorer using my COMCAST hi-speed internet, it
takes a long time for any program to start, and when the program starts it
hangs up.
The error message:

After I “control Alt delete” it still takes time to exit. Once I exit
and start over everything works fine.
How can I fix the problem?
