Address Bar Missing - for IE 6.0

Hello: My address bar (for typing in new sites on internet) has dissapeared.
I am running WIN XP, SP-2 Version IE 6.0.2900.2180. The browser works, but
suddenly the "address bar" is not showing up below the tool bar. Therefore, I
can't type in any new sites?
This happened before, but it came back after I shut down and logged-on to
the internet again. I have virus scan and web root spy sweeper and nothing
is amiss. What is the resolution?

Then you should post in the regular IE group.... This one is for the Mac
version ;-)
