Hello all, wierd problem with ie7.  It has happened twice so now I am looking
for a cure.  I ran the network wizard as I wanted to share my slave drive on
my home network (2 pc and a router).  After I right clicked on the drive (g)
and ran the wizard, then clicked to share the folder to the network I tried
to run IE7.  I got the Generic Host win32 error after IE7 would not run.  I
closed it then re-opened and the web page appears, but the tabs are missing
in IE7 and it looks funny (not running properly, although it works).  I ran
all updates and a patch that was suggested through error reporting method
"WindowsXP-KB894391-x86-ENU.exe" but the same problem occurs after i
rebooted.  Last time I got so mad I restored my pc from a back up I had
created a few months back.  This time I want to find a fix (note system
restore does not work in this case) as I want to be able to run the file
networking program.  Any thoughts??

I am afraid then that you posted in the wrong newsgroup. This is the
newsgroup for the Mac version of IE and we sure don;t have a version 7.

You should propbably repost in the regular IE newsgroup to get a better
chance to have a decent answer :-\
