Whenever I have multiple Internet Explorer windows open and I close one of
them, a window pops up and says Internet Explorer has encountered a problem
and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience. The IE page I tried
to close would go blank and say Blank Page. What does it mean? How do I fix
it so it doesnt happen everytime I close a window? Also, when I click dont
send error report, all of the windows would close.

This is what the popup says:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are
sorry for the inconvenience.
