I downloaded IE 7 and installed it. After installing it, I can't view my wallpaper anymore on my display screen. Even when I go to control panel, then "display" tab, I cannot even get the mouse to move the scroll screen to select a wallpaper. How do I fix this?  SignatureThanks!
