I have Internet Explorer 7 installed on my Dell Dimension 4100 Desktop
computer with Windows XP - Home Edition operating system.  Could you tell me
the advantage of having Windows Live Tool Bar enabled?

In My Computer window, is it possible to have an Address Bar or is it not an
option?  I right-clicked the Menu Bar, and it provides a menu showing Address
Bar as an option, but it won't activate for me.

I sent this message before under the category of Windows XP - Home Edition
and put it in the Internet Explorer Discussion Group.  It wound up in the
microsoft.public.mac.explorer Discussion Group, and I don't understand what I
did wrong.  If the same thing happens again, would you please advise me how I
should have sent the message.
