I have a Power Mac with Explorer installed on it. Explorer is perminantly stuck open and refuses to close. I can minimize the window, but never close out of it. When I try to close it, it just automatically re-opens itself. Besides being annoying, it is keeping me from accessing parts of the internet with other browsers.
