Can I Video chat with mac on MSN?

What so I need to do to set up the video chat? I already have iSIght?

It would probably be better to ask in the Messenger newsgroup
<microsoft.public.mac.messenger>

Anyway, even though iChat supports the iSight, Messenger does not. So you'd
have to chat with your friends using another chat application that supports
the iSight. I think there might be a third-party one that supports the
iSight, but I don't know.
