POP server problem

using Mail for my email and keep getting a box appearing saying please enter
password...so i do enter the password ( and yes it is the right one ) then
it instanylt says the pop server has rejected the password please re
enter...i keep doingit and it just does the same thing again and again, i
haven't changed any settings, nothing, so why rejecting thepassword all of a
sudden?? SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Try typing in your entire email address for your user ID/account ID and
saving that.
