hello:

i occasionally get this error when trying to load a page in internet
explorer 5.1 on my mac with os 9.1. i have tried to follow the help
instructions for assigning more memory to an application. instructions say
to click on i.e.5, then click on 'file' and 'get info'. i can do that, but
then it says to click on the memory drop down menu and that does not exist
in the general information dialog box.
i also loaded the RAM disk but that has not helped.  should i reinstall ie5?
thanks!
diane

Try clicking the icon, going to File > Show Original, and then going to File
> Get Info > Memory.  It won't work if you try to Get info on an alias to
Internet Explorer.
