IT'S A PROGRAMMING OVERSIGHT - PROBLEM IDENTIFIED BUT NOT SOLVED
It is a problem between "Explorer" and "International Preferences".
Changing first language to "English" in "International Preferences"
cures the problem. My first language is set to "Gàidhlig" - then
various brands of English - then "Gaeilge" m.s.a.a.
So what's the work around - is it 10.3.9 and Apple - or Microsoft?
It's a pain resetting preferences and restarting to use Explorer. For
various reasons I don't want "English" set as my first language.
I could log in as a second user using "fast switching"with another set
of "International Preferences" - but that won't give me access to all
my documents etc.
Any ideas?
