Mac IE SSL form post problem

Hi All,

I am using mac os 10.2.8 and ie 5.23. For an SSL site, when I click the
browser's back button, all the form data from a form post are lost and
this creates an error.

So it seems that on SSL, IE 5.23 does not cache form post data. But
everything is fine with non-SSL on 5.23. And if data are passed around
using GET, it is fine also.

And everything is fine (SSL/non-SSL, POST/GET) for any other browser on
any other platform.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I wish no one uses that. My clients are using that and created
problems. And I have no control over what they use.

What I wonder is that nowhere on Microsoft site can I find this listed
as a problem.

Thanks.
