If you use Entourage 2001 or Entourage X, go to Mail & News Preferences,
click the "Read" tab, and make sure the option to "Allow network access" is
enabled.
If you use Entourage 2004, you should see a yellow Info Bar on top of the
message. Click the blue "Download Pictures" text to download all of the
images. The option is turned off for your protection, since its a method
used by spammers to validate e-mail addresses.
