I can't get my Russian fonts to display in the Explorer toolbar heading that
displays the webpage title (it just comes out gibberish) and they will not
display in the scrapbook. I just bought a new iBook and switched to OS X
with IE 5.2 installed on it. I didn't have this problem with my old iBook
using IE 5.1 and on OS 9.2.2.
Any suggestions?

Use Firefox, Mozilla, Safari ..., but not Internet Explorer on Mac OS X.
For any problems with Russian/Cyrillic, see

I have IE 5.1.7 set to Cyrillic Windows (1251) coding. The page title doesn't
display correctly there either, but it doesn't bother me as long as the text
does (I just rename a Scrapbook file whatever I want after saving it).
