Hi and help! This seems so elementary, but I'm unable to change the
default homepage website in IE 5.1, and it's driving me crazy.
Normally, in Preferences, I should have a "home page" option or
something of the
like under "Web Browser", but I do not. Every other options seems to be
there "Browser Display," "Web Content", "Language/Fonts" etc.
Everything except "Home Page"!!! (I'm on OS 9.0.4/) Any suggestions?

You should be able to find it in Web Browser > Browser Display. You can
then type in the URL of your desired home page or elect to "Use Default".
