Error loading "MS Internet Library (PPC)" Library

I have downloaded Internet Explorer 5.1.7 so that I can use the updated
easyJet site, but when I try to launch it I get this  message:

Error loading "MS Internet Library (PPC)" Library. Re-installing should
solve the problem

But even after I re-install it, I get the same message. I'm using MAC OS9.1

It's all rather frustrating.

Any ideas? Would be very grateful for help.

I have had this problem, albeit only with sys 7.5.5. Unfortunately I
can't recall the solution, but it should work fine with OS9. I would
start by removing the prefs files (System Folder:Preferences:Explorer
folder). You might want to hang on to the Favorites.html file.
I think the error message is misleading.
