Hello, I have recently started to use Yahoo DSL on my Mac (OSX
10.3.5). I didn't have any problem with it at all. However, about
three days ago, every time I went to Yahoo! maps, IE freezed and I
needed to force quit IE to start over. I tried Netscape, and there was
no such problem. Do you have any idea what is wrong? Yahoo support
gave me this response: Please be informed that there is no
compatibility issue with Yahoo! Maps and Internet Explorer.  As you
have stated that you are experiencing the issue only while accessing
through Internet Explorer, the issue might be due to some corrupt
files in Internet Explorer.  We request that you contact  Microsoft
support at http://support.microsoft.com They will be able to assist
you effectively.

Does anyone have the same issue? Any solution to this?
Thank you very much for your time.

Hi,

This could be due to IE preferences corruption. Try deleting IE preferences
file. You can find this file under following location.

Harddisk/Users/Home folder ( folder with Home Icon) / Library / Preferences
/ Explorer

Try moving the complete folder onto Desktop and check.

Also try deleting the file called com.microsoft.explorer.plist, this can be
located under Harddisk/Users/Home folder ( folder with Home Icon) / Library
/ Preferences.

Hope this resolves your issue.
