What is the exact cause of this error message "The attempt to load 'Accessing URL: http://........' failed? We are getting it from time to time when uploading large files on Mac IE 5.2.3 and OS 10.3.5. If anyone could shed some light, that would be greatly appreciated!!! No light from this end of the tunnel, but I'm getting the same error message (-3171) while using OS 9.2.2 in IE 5.1.7. It happens primarily while in newspaper web links such as the Washington Post. I just click OK on the dialogue box and most of the time the link opens.
