I get the same type of error when my combo "router & DSL modem" gets "full"
and stops responding quickly (or at all) to DNS requests (which all get run
through my router). I reset it once a month to prevent the problem.
Sometimes the power company resets it for me. No reset switch, must unplug
the power cord to "power cycle" the box.
If your Name Server Address (aka DNS) is not the same as your Router
Address, then this is not the problem you are seeing. Look in your TCP/IP
Control Panel to check on that...
