Everytime I try to use explorer, it comes up the application has
suddenly quit.  I have tried everything that was recommended in the
previous posts, as well as removing the explorer that was on my
computer and DL the latest version (was already running 5.3).  Links in
my email all want to use explorer, rather than netscape or safari, so I
am really getting frustrated.  My parents in another city are having the
same problem.  I have run first aid.  Why did explorer suddenly quit on
so many macs at the same time and what can we do?  Tired of fighting
with it!!  HELP!!
