I currently have Internet Explorer version 5.2.3. When I go to
certain web sites I keep getting a message telling me that it was
unable to establish a secure connection to the particular web site.
It tells me that there is a problem with the security certificate from
that site. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
Try using Safari ,Mozilla, Netscape. If issue occurs with all the browsers
then the issue is Site specific, you cannot do anything about it, get in
touch with Webmaster

Hi
Ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Internet
Explorer. If you are not, visit the Microsoft Web site and upgrade to the
latest version.
1) From the Apple menu, select Control Panel , and then choose Date &
Time .
2)Ensure that the correct date is set under the Current Date option.
3) Close the Date & Time window.
4) Attempt to load the Web page again.
