My local paper (Evening News in Edinburgh) has a story on page 3 entitled 'New smaller iPod is going for a song...' Price is stated as 'around £65' (so that's probably $100), & will have different coloured cases. It'll store 'up to 800 songs'. It ends saying that Stevie-boy is expected to announce it in 'Frisco next week. I've Googled 7 looked around but can't find anything. That means there has not been any official announcement from Apple. It's just a rumor. You won't find any real news about it anywhere. Next week we'll find out whether the rumor is true or not. If Steve does announce a new iPod next week, Apple's web site should have details soon after his speech. |
