Which kernel extensions do you want to import, into what do you want to import them, and why? > i have headaches What type of headaches? Are you suggesting your video card is causing your head to physically hurt? > and performance are not better > from my old 9600 radeon. ATI performance is generally better on Mac OS X than nVidia. This is likely due to Apple having more experience and better luck at optimizing performance for ATI hardware than nVidia hardware. There's not much you can do about this. That's just the way it is for Mac OS X at present. no one can convince me that it is normal for Ati radeon 9600 w 128MB RAM give 114 and 145 points in graphic benchmark and nVidia 7800GS with 256MB RAM gives 90 and 114. these are fps values in OpenGL test. |
