I think you've misquoted or misread the part number. The second line is
probably "CT6464Z40B", which would make it a 512 MB DIMM which Crucial
is still selling:
http://www.crucial.com/store/partspecs.aspx?IMODULE=CT6464Z40B
Oddly, they list a different part number for 512 MB DIMMs for a PowerMac
G5, and I can only find it via their system configuration tool":
http://www.crucial.com/store/mpartspecs.aspx?mtbpoid=3CC55085A5CA7304
The basic technical specs are identical.
If it was my computer, and I knew the memory was working previously,
then I'd try it. Worst case it might not be recognised.
Perhaps you could try contacting Crucial and asking if it will work in a
Mac.
You will need to install the memory as a matching pair.
Comparing to your existing memory, the last digit of the RAM speed
details is different (1 vs 0), but I doubt that will affect anything
other than a very slight performance hit (probably unmeasurable).
If the memory is recognised (as reported in System Profiler) it should
be stable as long as the memory isn't faulty. Crucial is generally
regarded as a good brand.

Thanks. I guess I'll email Crucial and double check.
