Is it possible to replace a hard drive in an iMac?

Are you asking is it possible at all or is it possible by you?
Seriously, yes, certainly, it's possible, but whether it's something
you're able or willing to do yourself depends partly on your level of
comfort with disassembling and reassembling hardware and partly on which
specific model of iMac you're talking about.  The various models vary
widely in their degree of difficulty.
