20" Clear Cinema no picture

I have a 20" clear cinema that when I power it on I get a blank screen
and the powerlight stays on but do not pulse. Has anyone encounter
this and if so what did you do to resolve this issue? I am connecting
this cinema to a G4 Dual 867 with a GeForce4 MX

Has this been resolved?
I'm wondering if you have checked it in offset strong, direct light
(such as a strong lamp sitting slightly in front and offset to the
side on your desk) to see if the backlight is out, or with all lights
in the room turned off to see if the brightness is all the way down.
