> HELP: Is this RAM Compatible? iMac 400 and Powerbook 1Ghz?
No.
The 400 Mhz iMac uses PC100 SDRAM DIMMs.
The PowerBook G4 will be using SODIMMs (smaller physical size).

The 1 GHz 15" Titanium PowerBook G4 uses PC133 SODIMMs.
By the way: when posting questions to multiple newsgroups, please don't
post the same message separately to several groups. It wastes everyone
else's time as some people answer it in one group while some answer it
in another group.
If you want to post a question to multiple groups, then pick a SMALL
number of groups which are most appropriate, and then do a cross-post to
just those groups. (By cross-post, I mean you should post a single
message with several newsgroups listed in the "Newsgroups" header.)
You should also set your message so that the Followup-To header directs
all followups to a SINGLE newsgroup (which you read).
In this case, your message was most appropriate on
comp.sys.mac.hardware.misc and shouldn't have been posted to any other
newsgroups.

The short answer is no. But before posting questions like this you may
want to research it at on-line RAM dealers like crucible.com and
macsales.com, a quick check will show what kind of RAM your Macs use.
