Hi

Supposed you buy a refurbished MacBook Pro, how would you check real
quickly for hardware defects? I understand there is no hardware test CD
included like during the G4 era.

Is connecting hardware to all ports sufficient? How would I check that
3/4 port? I don't have hardware for that.

Thanks!

Hardware Test is on a disc that comes with the MacBook Pro.  Hold down
"D' (for Diagnostics) when booting from the disc.  (Note: Extended
Tests can take a ong time.)
