airport card not found

im trying to install a aria extreme pci card from sonnet tech into my
g4 tower. the airport setup application utility cannot find it. tried
in several slots. am running os x 10.3.5

any advice would be much appreciated.

The Airport Setup Utility is for setting up a base station.  Does Apple
System Profiler see the card, and does it show up in Network in System
Preferences?

the card does not show in the Apple System Profiler or in Network in

Then it's either a bad card or not installed properly. Dig out the install
instructions and make sure that it's properly installed.
