Has anyone come up with a hack to connect two displays to the Mac
Mini? I seem to remember someone talking about a DVI splitter, but I
haven't been able to find out if it actually works.

How about things like the Matrox DualHead2Go?

Are there any other options?

Thanks.

A DVI splitter just gives the same picture on two displays.  The Matrox
systems will work, but you will be limited to two 1024 x 769 displays
with a Mac Mini.
