Not Bondi Blue, no. They did make a 400MHz one in another shade of
blue, though, and perhaps the seller doesn't really know that Bondi Blue
is a specific shade of the original iMac (revisions A and B, both
233MHz). Rumors are that they may have used some of the last
Bondi-colored cases in some 266MHz models, but I haven't seen any
confirmation of that.
The 400MHz was available in a color called "Blueberry" -- one of five
colors available, which didn't include Bondi.
Hope that helps.

I have a feeling it's a Blueberry, not Bondi Blue, and I emailed the
craigslist advertiser to that effect.

There was also an "Indigo" 400 MHz model in the Summer 2000 range. It
was a deeper shade of blue than Blueberry.
The Summer 2000 Indigo 400 MHz model is slightly worse than the late
1999 Blueberry model, because it only has a CD-ROM drive, while the
older model has DVD-ROM. Summer 2000 also included an "iMac DV+" which
had DVD-ROM, was 450 MHz, and was also available in Indigo.
