Just wondering if anyone has bought from the folks at PowerMax in
Oregon. They're an all-Mac shop and offer competitive pricing. I'm
looking into a new Mac and was considering buying from them. In the past
I've bought from most of the big "Mac" catalogue companies
(MacConnection, MacZone, MacMall), but they sell a lot of non-Apple
hardware as well and I'd prefer to give the business to a smaller
all-Mac shop with a good rep.

I've dealt with them in the past and had no problems. YMMV

Great company!! I ordered my server from them, and I've had absolutely
no problems. But if you're going to sell your mac, don't sell it to
them because they sell it for $300+ than what they bought it for from
you. You could get a better deal selling one on ebay.

Thanks. But no, I'm not selling the old Mac, which runs fine. I'll keep
that for a while and use both machines, installing Parallels on one of
them so I can run a couple of Windows applications. They respond to
e-mails, which is good.
