I have an  Intel 20" iMac,
what is the easliest way to connect it to my cable to watch TV?  I assume
its going to be sort of external setup, since I can't add a tuner card.
Any config or product advice would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Look at <http://www.elgato.com>
If you want to record, get a model with hardware encoding, such as the
EyeTV 250 (USB) or the EyeTV 200 (FireWire).  The EyeTV 200 is
discontinued, but you may find one used.
