Anyone know where to find instructions for installing
the apple "Wireless Upgrade Kit" in a new (end of 2005) G5?
This is the module that contains both Airport and Bluetooth,
and is supposed to be an dealer-install-only upgrade.  But how
hard can it be?

Thnx.

It could be out of reach, and you might need special tools to remove
whatever is in the way. It could be so delicate that you could break it
(the antenna connectors are definitely easily broken).

I'm not sure about the first reason because I've not installed an
AirPort card in one of the newer towers. But reason #2, I am not making
it up.

Interesting.  I've seen some pictures posted that indicate it's no big deal, but
I haven't found a complete set of instrux--at least not in English.

Thanks for the reply, Nick.
