All,

I'd appreciate if someone can give an advice regarding connecting my
MiniMac G4 to a wireless router (802.11G).

I was exploring an airport extreeme card option and it's outside my
price range - so, i'd like to see if i can wirelessly connect to the
router by using a wireless usb stick (i.e.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000EB45N8/ )

I am not sure if this will work with my OSX 10.3? Does the stick have
to carry "Compatible with OSX" logo in order to work or is my mac gonna
work with any stick?

Best,

Vasa

I don't know if things have improved for newer machines, but I tried to
set up my buddies G3 laptop using a USB adaptor and it was not fun.
Basically the driver is of extremely low quality, and crashes his
machine!

I had been using a Belkin F5D7050Uk with the drivers from
http://www.ralinktech.com/supp-1.htm

I found it worked really well, you have to find out what chipset it uses
to see if there are any drivers avaiable
