I don't have and Apple notebook but I'm considering getting one soon,
probably a MacBook.
Does this sort of thing exist for the MacBook, too?
What is the difference between Dragging and Drag-Lock? When I've used
notebooks at work, you move stuff with a double click that doesn't take
the finger off the pad after the second tap of the finger. Is that how
it works?
Is there a way to get right-click, e.g. on the right side of the
trackpage, or with two fingers, or something other than the Alt key?

With Sidetrack as a replacement driver for the touchpad (alternative to
Apple's driver) you can designate a spot on the touchpad to scroll up
and down as well as to activate a ctrl-click by touching a designated
spot on the trackpad.
